a newbie's attempt to be criticized

Hello there fellow CA artists, as I am new here, I just want to know how my work will be accepted here.

Well, this was a Painter IX attempt using oils obviously still not yet done. I would like it to be commented first before proceeding any further. Criticisms are very much welcome. And I hope I would improve my art with the help of this site.

the only immediate problem I see is that her ankle (and possibly leg) is too thin. I love the sense of volume in her upper body, though

yea, ankle. hand. ur body doesn't really fit underneath the skirt too.
study anatomy/ clothed figure.
