looking to get a group of about 20 peeps to lease a retail space for a gallery with me. I want to keep rent down to $100 each or less per month. I'm thinking the lab/camp (costa mesa), HB (main st.), LBC (2nd or Pine) some place with a lot of foot traffic. We can set up a schedule for each of us, plan events to bring customers in. Or if you have or know someone who has an art gallery with a space to rent I'm open to any ideas... hit me up if you're interested, if not tell a friend.
