    Hi man!
Yeah your really taking peoples crit to heart, you put down the black and white stuff. Working on your weaknesses is the best way getting better, it doesent make it less painful though. Another thing thats great is that your character isnt floating around as much. You even put them in scenes! What I mean with skiffs dvd exercises is When you pause a DVD movie and paint it with eyepicked colors, a great way of learning colors and compositions. I think Skieff was first with doing these thats why I call it that. kinda missleading I know.
Keep up your color work and dont lose spirit! Read about the color wheel and How colors behave in Shadow / Light. Then youll be pounding out awsome work in notime. Cheers!

Nice work man. I just have one problem.
Your backgrounds are boring. Some sly by, but it would be more interesting if you put more detail into it.

    Keep up the good work.

Mr.Delicious- whoa sorry no boobs flyin in the wind

Heres my character for today, did A quick one because I feel tired and need to fix my sleeping cycle, so its a bit rushed and unfinished, as you can probably tell

So these girls are about to get it on, and when I say that I mean in a battle right, well geez, Actually I just wanted to draw girls in panties.

    I second MR D!

On a serious note nice stuff but I think you should spend a little more time refining the poses and anatomy and stuff before rendering, maybe a photoref

    http://www.characterdesign.com has some awsome photosets.

Good man you work with colors and you learn colors just look your allready taking steps! And photo ref for poses and figurative stuff is not a bad ide it will exersice your anatomy a lot! but dont stop doing these illustrations I like em!

What I meant by Skieffs Dvds I meant his exercise paintings in his SB I dont think he has realesed DVDs with his work. That would be awsome though because hes awsome! Sorry for being unclear.
    Ciao!

Man -- tremendous improvement since last time I checked up on you. I'm liking the digital pieces. Great characters. My crit for today: work on using shadows to create volume. These seem a bit flat. Loomis says a lot about it in his Creative Illustration book, if you can get a hold of it.

    Keep it up!

You got some real nice colors man.

As spazazo said, i believe you should spend some more time on the anatomy, and then painting. Because its hard to change the anatomy after the colors were laid out!

    Keep it up!

whoa whoa whoa. Killer grayscale characters. Nice variety of costuming of those and they float in that border in a neat way. You start those right onto your canvas or thumbnail or sketch them out on paper first?

fucking finally. Now I just need to get my ass moved in so I can start drawing. I'm almost thinking about taking a quarter off. Some good looking digis man. the first one is looking nice! That last one has great anatomy, but I think his head could be a bit bigger. And some of your characters feet positions make it look like they are floating. Maybe it's intentional, so It's your call. make sure you harass me when I finally get time to post.

Its strange how some area of your work are so advanced an others seem to lag behind a bit. Really focus on getting natural looking flowing poses before rendering, to me your main problem at the moment is stiffness. Anyways keep at it man!
