ok so ive been rumaging around in here looking for how to change my title, and i found that i can change it in my cp or in quick posts, however when i look in there i cant find the option to change it?? any body no how?

If you are referring to your gladiator level you can't change that.
It is automatically changed depending on the number of posts you have.
