    Name: galahandra.jpg
Views: 2805
Size: 6.1 KB

a selection of cards I've made for anachronism (another ccg game)

Some pics made for dungeon and dragons

    Battle lore , a boardgame cover :

    and it's extension :

got tons of other stuff to show ; it's already a big download so I'll post them later

I'm curious to know what you guys think

I echo chaos...this stuff is massive and epic. The expressions are sick and the illos are very well colored and defined... I like the guy reading, well, just because he's reading! I know, crazy huh?

    THESE ARE AWESOME!!!.

love the one with the knight on the horse slashing thru other knights. How the hell did you create that water splash? Too cool.

    Yes. Post more.

    Excellent works!

I especially like the city and how you lit it. The birds aren't bad although it seems liknd of contrived that they are flying almost in a line into the distance. But hey, that's a small detail. it was cool to look down at the city and see the little people!

I also really like the one where the guy is being hit with lightning. There is real emotion in thepiece. Keep it up!

Stunning stuff, although I thought the dwarf-girl was a chibi-giant for a while there!

You just had to put the dwarves in kilts and playing bagpipes!

As a Scot I don't know whether to be insulted or not LOL

    Great looking work!
good water, that is a weakness of mine but yours looks very realistic

    Even the dwarves look nice

These are really nice illustrations! It's been mentioned, but your water effects are especially tasty. The only one that sticks out to me is the female gnome, there are some scale/perspective issues that make her feel like a giant.

Hey man these look great. Love the one with the barbarian fighting the romans.

Lemme ask you something, I recently posted this in the photoshop section of the forums, but what do you do to keep your images looking that sharp? Ive been having this problem when i save my images (highest quality possible btw) and reopen them, parts of the painting looks very pixely... Have you ever encountered this problem?

Some lovely pieces! So much to take in on each one, really sweet attention to detail, I love the water splash effect you've used on a couple of them too, it looks really nice. Great post!!

Ach, the last two ones remind me of the good old times, playing HoMM3 and Tzar, with monsters and humans fighting together and against each other - Pure Nostalgy...

BTW, love your colours and the amount of details, keep it up!

    Wow lots of replies ,
    thanks everybody !

heya derk, thanks mate, you should post too !

Stark, thanks, I like him too, mostly because I'm tired of doing battles

Jason, the watersplash, is mostly done with a texture repeated and tweaked

Ich, thanks, glad you're actually playing with those guys and like them
Ian, yeah the birds were something not planned at first, just an after pic to give a sense of scale or something

Andronicus, yeah it bothers me as well, at first it was an enormous mace and they changed it in a staff but oh well

redcap, haha come on man, dwarves are cool,I would consider it as an honour

Mandryk, yeah maybe another background element is missing to give a better sense of scale
    Djib, thanks mate !

boom! not sure I understood your question, I don't really have problems of that sort, to get images quite sharp I try to keep in seperate layers the background and the character so I can cut with the eraser on the silhouettes, to keep edges clean

Wasker thanks, I'll try to post more often

chaos, dreamworker,Razorb, summonix, chermilla, redsha dow, dkounios, troll skelking, and others thank you all for your comments , I greatly appreciate it !
