Hello, I've only posted on here once before, but hopefully I will post more often from now on. I'm a 4th year at ACAD, finishing up my degree. I seem to be better at illustration than concept design, but I really want to go into game or film concept.

Here is some stuff I did for a made up civilization. This is Endymion, which exists in an ocean sink-well. There is a ring of waterfalls all around the land, and the water falls into the depths of the earth where it heats up and comes back up as steam. It is very warm and humid in Endymion, and there is always a thick fog around everywhere, which is why they worship a bioluminscent fish they call the God of Light. At night, the God of Light becomes the God of Dark, and the temple where it lives is pretty eerie. The society is based on ancient china. One of their activities is bow fishing, where they shoot the fish out of the waterfall. It's pretty difficult, so this is more of an art than it is an industry. Enjoy!

Anyways, the stuff is good Andy. Your ideas are always very interesting, except for the ones that include "shanking Karyl". I think your concept stuff is almost there, it communicates fairly well, it could just use a bit more articulation so things are really clear and really exciting to the viewer.

And yes, I just gave you a crit on CA when I could have leaned over and told you to your face.
