    Sketch:Journey to Learn

So I'm going to being a sketchbook starting tomorrow.

    HOWEVER I NEED YOUR HELP?
I am willing to go through anything and everything to learn and be one of the best and life changing artist of all time, that is where you come in to play my friend.
I need to learn as fast and as much as possible.
I go to art school, so I have somewhat of a background. But i'm finding that everyone seems to be able to draw better than I am with less time.
Is it possible they are doing something right that I am not?
Is it because it takes me slower?
    I don't know!
So tell me what to draw and I shall draw my heart out..is it from life, imagination, from anatomy studies or structures...Best way to practice color, Best way to get smooth amazing lines...I need information I need Wisdom, I need guidance, I need you!!!

    Where I am

So i've decided it best to show my followers where I am so far, so that I may get torn apart with critiques.

I would love to hear whats good, but only whats good when you say at least 3 or 4 more things that are bad. If I wanted praise i'd be showing these to my mother.
So here we are, these are on 8.5x11 Sketchbook paper, Almost all are drawing I do on the bus using a Pilot Precise v5 rolling ball pen.
I threw some pencil in there, but I like pen alot more.

So please help me on this journey! All are welcome on this adventure. Learn with me if you will, experience failure and progression.

I'll take on some competition, I find that it motivates me more than anything.

    Random Studies

Most of these are studies from everywhere, in my 5.5x8.5 Sketch book.

I have alot of problem with drawing straight up and down, I always draw a lot of things leaning to the left grrr....

C'mon people, 91 views and not one critique or one reply? Is this even an art forum?

It takes a while for replies to come in. ^^; Don't get too disheartened!

It's good that you are drawing about everything you see; there's no way else to skip out on practice for drawing. I can see that you're also working the human anatomy- keep it up.

For the moment, I suggest sticking 2 things to focus on each week, perhaps? Like say in the first week, you focus on the human anatomy and still life drawing. And in the second week you start doing individual studies on hands/feets/limbs/etc... like in your hand studies.
it's not the end that matters but the journey

    Color

I colored these for my class, the other concept artist Penelope drew them.
    Color studies
My teacher picked the green one so I decided to go with the greenish color scheme.
    Still decided on the other

    Another Concept

Another concept for the from a different view.
The characters will be walkin in from the right down the ramp to the crystals.
When activated the crystals will start to glow and the ground will begin to break apart.

Model Sheets for a game called Aura

Models sheets shall be the death of me, my weakest thing, that and foreshortening..
Anyways this is Shy, and Sigh.
Shy is the boy, Sigh is the girl.

Balance of the world has been unstable due to the discovery or aura's.
Aura's are the experience in which a person has lived. The world has changed and corrupted due to the discovery of the aura's.
A person can become lost in a negative aura ( hate, anger, rage, etc) or have positive aura (love, happy, caring, etc.)
You are a boy who has to change/balance the power of the aura, throughout your adventure you will fight against some of the darkest
scariest creatures. Along the way you will also discover a girl, who will become one of your strongest allies, but be very careful, even you could cross to the negative aura

If anybody has any thoughts/idea/critiques/ help me plz with model sheets. I'm always open to improving myself. I understand they are far from perfect, but need someone to show me how to do it better or give me a direction.
