    Ocean Strom Ref?

Man, I have been searching the internet for days looking for some good ocean, preferrably with a storm in the distances and preferably taken from the point of a ship deck, but I have come up dry. Does anybody have any idea were I could find something like this?

I'd say go rent some DVDs with good scenes of ocean storms in them. Either movies or (even better if you can find one) some kind of Discovery Channel special. Especially something like this, seeing it in motion is going to be very helpful in understanding it well enough to paint it.

I suppose I could take it that far. I was hoping to keep it cheap and simple. Thanks for the suggestions guys. The Perfect Storm should work nice.

Dude, you can rent a movie for, like, $4 max. It's not like planning a trip to Cape Horn or anything

Cheap meaning free and simple meaning I don't have to vear off my tighter-than-a-crab's-ass daily schedule to go to the video store. After some pretty extensive googling I manage to find a few refs that should work. However, I do have a blockbuster rewards card and video favorites are free. Perhaps the ole lady will be taking a trip. hehe.
