I think the hand should actually be bigger to fit with the sort of perspective thing you got goin on. It would probably fit with the style.

I assume by the time I finish, Elwell will have moved this to CC, so that's fine

    Yup.
You've got the makings of a really nice style going, but your sloppiness (both technically and conceptually) is killing it.
Would it kill you to clean up your scans just a little before you went to color?
Also, the blobby digital stroke vignette shape of the background is really poor design.

I like where it's going , the lines are dynamic and energetic. But there's something missing; perhaps because you are going for a clean look, but lacks the actual finishing of clean lines and clean edges ?

    Oh, and

Take a look at the work of Sean Galloway (aka Cheeks-74), I will bet you are going to love it.

The graffiti backround is a turn of the tide sunshine - it could have more spheres of light following into one another. His white shirt collar could be skimmed over by a blade of grass to set the tone between his facial expression and movement of religious ritual. Hope any suggestions help.

    Keep doing you

    I like trigun. ^^

The sloppy way he's looking, especially because of his shirt hanging out, makes me think of Constantine.

When I remember it right, it was Nicolas Cage.

I would like to see a later version, which isnt that sketchy.

Just one thing: Where is Wolfwood's cigarett ? He's a chainsmoker.
