there is such a difference between some of your sketches and more focused studies. that painting up there with the ref is pretty bad ass, but then i loook at some of the other things and they arent nearly up to par. i realize you may want to produce things fast, but patience is the key. (and apparently for you, so is ref. WOW!) i could be wrong, but just take your time when you draw and enjoy it, speed will come later. i often have a hard time slowing down myself. i want to see things transform in front of my eyes. so i like to work fast sometimes. but you gotta learn to crawl before you can walk. those last figures are also pretty good as well.
just keep on. i'd like to see how you proceed past this point.

Remember to observe your subject a lot... but more importantely learn about your subject .
