Yeah, heres some fast things i've mentioned yesterday.
All of those were done to illustrate words that were selected randomly.


The left one illustrates "calf & juggling". The note is stupid. The right one is about "tower & bird".


Somehow, i really like this one. The caption reads: "It was on this beatiful summer day, when Doris the ballerina finally made the first real mistake".

Well, the post-topic can be taken literally this time. I managed to steal an ink-pen from a buddy. While i was drawing on my way back home, i stumbled upon this pen. This is what erupted from my stolen goods.

This one is a copy from Anton Mengs. We went to see some master-drawings with art-class yesterday. Mengs drew some crazy beatiful heads. Way better than mine.

the patches on your g/f's face in the one seems a bit odd though just wondering what they were put down broken up. maybe if they were joined it would read better.

@endregan: haha, yeah the white patches are kind of shitty. Right after i was done with the blue basic-drawing, i was wondering whether it'd be a good idea to add those white patches. I decided that i'd never know if i wouldn't try. Hopefully i'll not make that mistake again...

Oh yeah.


Thats some Illustration stuff we did today. It's a combination of fast lifedrawing, illustrating song lyrics and song mood.
It's not all too pretty, but i thought that some color fits in right.


I tend to look boring/sad on all of my selfportraits. It's not because i'm depressed or something, actually i'm quite cheerful, most of the time. It's just because- Yeah. If i draw a selfportrait of me smiling... It turns out to look like some retarded idiot on drugs. Kind of at least...

Hey, your portraits are cool man, last one is cool too, I like it! Maybe, try different portraits with different expressions, see what u get.

@jtheanswer: Mmm yeah, different expressions are a must for future selfportraits. Really need to force myself to not only draw the same view everytime i do a Sp.

Yesterday was Illustration-Day.
We had to do quick (about 15 min) Illustrations about the insides of a) giraffe b) motor c) striptease dancer.

I spent the last two days with my back beeing bent over a small lit-from-below-table, trying to get my first real-media animation done.

Finished it today. Since i have too much time on my hands (not really) i scanned the whole thing and put it in a flash movie with preloading and shit. It's short. Kinda big though, will take some time to preload.

Today was one of those days that i really am not comfortable with myself. Should have made more out of this sunday. Plenty of time but i was running low on motivation to actually do something.

Worked on the Portraitpainting started yesterday.

Spent yesterday evening at a very cool concert from a swiss-band. Other than that, i've been working on that portrait-painting, but the progress is very small. Click the Thumbnail to view larger image.

Yeah. We had to do some sketches about Tetrapacks (the packages that contain Milk and all sorts of other beverages, like Orangejuice and stuff). The sketches are just early studies for threedimensional work (medium: metal) we've got to do this week.

Judging by what i've acomplished today, this week is going to blow. The sketches are ok, but i've got no idea about what i'll do with this tetrapack.
