great stuff man!! see you're at hm, too ;-)
Hey man! Cool sketchbook, I really dig your pencils and thumbs. Some really nice car designs. I was going to suggest to focus more on what you feel less confident about, but I see you're allready doing that! I see you have a lot more confidence in your vehicles than in other subjects and more confidence in pencils than in colors and values. I see a few characters that look very good though too.
Try to look at some of your pieces and look for things that you find incomplete, things that you find hard or that you are not pleased with. Know that you can master those elements if you want to. I think that's key, knowing that you can become as awesome as you chose to and be confident about it. I think you're on the verge right now to make some great improvement, you just need to chose to do it.
A personal suggestion would be to do studies to try and copy exactly what you see, more than anything see the abstract elements and ignore the subject, see the angle between points, see the field between shapes,, see the values, the darkest points and the lightest and all in between, see colors and the saturation of those colors. If you leave any thought on lighting and on anatomy etc then you only train your eyes to see which is a good thing to start out with because seeing will enable you to get a better understanding of what you are learning about later. Then studies of light and of anatomy will come much more easy for you when you've mastered seeing. Another thing I think is highly underestimated is abstract studies. Abstract studies forces you to to work with the elements of a picture without the narrative support. If you for instance took a plane surface and only used colors with the same value, a brush and restrict yourself from anything representational you're forces to learn about colors, your personal preferences with colors, how colors relate to eachother and so on. You can do the same with values, lines or a combination of different elements, but maybe it's better to separate them to begin with. I believe it's very valueable to be able to work abstractly, the things you learn will give a great foundation for your representational work. Last but not least, challenge yourself to have fun!
Keep up the great work!

Nice designs for the ladies! Imaginative clothing for sure. I would be careful to try not to smooth the faces too much. Losing some of those planes is making them a little flatter than they need to be - but thats just a tiny thing considering all the good stuff about them
Nice elvgren study above too - I haven't been to this sketchbook for a little while but you are really churning out the pages!

It's really interesting to watch your progress and evolution; I really like your vehicles. Really well observed! If you get a chance to see what's on our site, in terms of vehicle mash-ups between ancient and modern, I think you'll be intrigued...

that porsche is looking really great and these recent pieces are showing some great designs. The still life above is also impressive, and you have inspired me to kick myself into gear and do one myself now.
Keep it up, and "throttle down" as you say
