pumping out zeh cars i see
great stuff k-k-k-k-iicchshii
Woah your car concepts are mmaaad dope. I can learn a thing or two from these sketches, haha.
Dana's HUNGRY LIKE A WOLF sketch blog
Hey mate! I really like these last porsches (do I spell that right?) When doing digis I would sugest to lose the soft edge brush its so easy to make things look fuzzy where you want a sharp edge. Are you working in Photoshop? I could put up a link to my brushset. I have some wicked custom brushes.
Oh dude I really dig these cars. I've just started getting into the whole industrial design thing and marker rendering, so maybe I'm biased, but I happen to like the traditionally rendered cars better than the photoshop ones! They just feel like they have more life and activity going on in them. Good work though man, I'm excited to see more of this stuff!
B-Man: Jap I totally agree with you thanks, and also it's a question of time - would be really nice if you could link me the brushes.
Jasper_ I have the same opinion about the marker sketches, but I only have crapy markers and just to play around with some designs ps is a lot faster and easier to correct mistakes Great you like them though.
ryanoir Hey man thanks a lot for beeing around!
Dana_T Thanks man, cool if you can learn something from my sketchbook
MaFeng Thanks a lot, I really dig that.
Ok here a Porsche again (current model) no design. I'll start doing different versions of it tomorrow. Hey B-Man it's a little bit sharper isn't it
sketchbook page and a wip
Lol I gave you advise to loose the fuzzy brush, I should have said be more careful with it. I dont use it enough and I need to incorporate it more in my works. So use both but be carefull not to make it look fuzzy and this last one is wicked mate. I love colors. Cheers
B-Man yeah you have to find a balance between them, and thats fucking hard as you can see at the following dude i colored-- too soft to lame ahhh hate it ^^
but i poste it anyways with steps.
and the pyro-guy
I have a lot of respect for anyone who can draw cars =o
I dunno how I feel about the re-design of the front-end. It looks
kinda...goofy? (not to be offensive =O)
How many designs are you goin to try to do?
Just have fun.
yo man! awesome work!! i really love those car renderings! they look quality dude! also the traditional sketches rock man, try to bring some more of that dirt and grime from your traditional stuff over into your digital work! i think it would really compliment it more.
hey man thanks for stopping by... I can't see them anymore ^^ so the chow is the perfect
here are the first 3 steps of my wip chow. I'm totally out of my comfortzone so I hope I don't waste it
anyways you might find them useful.
especially the car illustrations
Pretty awesome improvement since the start! I'd say be careful of the angles in your characters, your proportions look pretty good, but sometimes the girdles don't agree with shoulder/feet placement. And sometimes your head sizes/facial proportions are a it off. But I really enjoy your style, and admire your technical skills and futuristic armors!
kiwigarbage: hey man thaks a lot for the crits, yeah I kind of fight with the right "stands" really have to get rid of the bad leg anatomie knowledge ^^
Ricardo Robles: haha I think he is a bit crappy, I have to do a lot more chracters so much to learn. Great you like him, thanks for stopping by.
the more or less finished viking berserker - if you think omg this is incredibly awesome you can vote here
