Both the small and the large image shows to me.

Now, anout the lighting: The blue shimmering on her clothes is ok, but I don't feel comfortable with the blue light on her face. It's as if you took a very large sized, round brush and clicked it once over her face to make it blue. Do you see what I mean? I think the problem is that the light makes the face too bright all over, instead of just adding highlights here and there.

I'm sorry that this is such a hasty and bad overpaint, but you get my point, right?

    Add highlights more like this?

I would reccommend you push your values farthur. and maybe simplify to one light source.... the value is what will make your image rounded in appearance
    rather than flat

the angles of the earpiece and the hair don't seem to take up any volume...the hair would be disturbed by the bulk of the earpiece.....

    keep working on it

chaosrocks yea i think i should play with the hair a bit.. where the ear peice is... it was originally just a quiiiick sketch.. that i took a little further ... but ur right... and with the values.. well taken them further.. thats what im trying to do at the min .. im really bad at adding a definate light source and sticking to it...
