    Hey slug, you might get a kick out of playing around with http://www.gapminder.org/

    It's the same program he's using there, he made it a couple of years ago. It uses the UN's data/statistics, and allows you to put anything on either axis, then plot it through time.

    ^This is related to the ideology of that Jason Fried talk. I found it more agreeable, macroscopic and fundamentally more interesting.


    However, both speakers are deliberately vague on certain points (must be a byproduct of studying business)
