artists colors to RGB conversion

A long while back I saw a website with a list of most artists oil colors(from the tube) and what the RGB conversion number was. For exampla black is 0,0,0. Can anyone tell me if they are aware of such a resource and where I might find it?

You could check out Wikipedia. They have subcatagories of color shades that link to different color names showing the RGB values.
