Kudos for startign a s.b.! My first suggestion would be to get more contrats in the values between your figure and the background. Right now they are blending together to much. either darken the background or work to lighten her up some/ Keep posting so we can get a feel for your style on overall works!

I recommend complimenting your skills by doing some regular observational work (Self portraite of still lifes, life drawing classes if you can get into any) and some anatomy studies. good start, keep posting
