I've been using cs for years now and only just got round to checking out my free total training vid. The dude kept hitting a key that brought up the cs application icons and he switched from one to another. Any idea how to do that?

can you give more information about what it looked like? I'm definately curious what he was doing.
This might seem silly, but are you sure he wasn't "alt-tab"ing
