Nice! i like how you are getting more interactive with your characters, really getting inside of there heads thinking more about relationships with one another facial expression poses. The poses in these ones look awesome keep pushing man. SOme more variation in line weight could really push your lines further you have it on your guy sitting not so much on the dude standing. Rock on.

hey man, good chat the otherday. I gotta say your kicking some serious ass these days which is great!
Remeber to keep your lightsources (or sources) in mind when you render, on that last sketch your character's left shoulder and face are rendered with the shadow on the same side as the light of his other arm. Think about the direction of the light source and how that is hitting the planes and make your already sexy pics even hotter

    cheers man

pay attention to the shape of the humerus bone! I dont think it would bend quite like it does in that last one!

I dont know the process in which you work, but in my opinion you should not be afraid to use an eraser! if you are not happy with something, just redraw it untill you get it perfect! it takes about 2 seconds most of the time, and is definitely worth it dont be afraid to be a perfectionist!

I see you are taking coros advice rather well, all these lines are real awesome to see, maybe a bit scratchy here and there but it is no big deal.

    keep it up bro!! cheers

Edit: if you dont fancy the eraser so much, an alternative method is just drawing really slowly and carefully, and making sure you are getting everything in there that you want... who am I to tell you a specific way to draw though, but maybe you will try it out if you havent already!

errr, yeah maybe this comment isnt that helpful!

Spade, lol dude you're still alive !!! ..ha ha j/k. Thanks for the comment. I already know it, but i don't pay attention enough... thanks thanks !!

Archi: Thanks a lot man ! actually i do use the eraser.. and quite a few times... Mostly at the very early stages where i have to play around with the composition and stuff. Later on i don't really use it since i'll be too far to be able to change anything... But thanks about the arm !!

    here's a page...
And for those interested. a very old OC session with monseigneur The Gnoll ! http://rapidshare.com/files/75087047/gnolly_.wpe.html (my connection was really bad, thats why i had difficulties getting the lines down...)

hey man, great stuff in here
you obviously have a great sense for what you are doing
one thing i would say would be about the poses, some of them are just a tad bland(something i was told to work on as well, so i kind of notice it more), i know this more of an opinion thing so you don't really have to take it into account! just my thoughts!
anyways i think you do it in that last one with the woman/animal thing
    keep updating! great inspiration book

that queenbitch design is great dude! My only crit there is that the head feels a little "pasted on." I don't know if you intended it this way, but if you didn't you could maybe try to echo some of the figure's design elements on the head to unify it a little more. Really dig it overall. Also like the types of moods you place your characters in, You got this eerie awkwardness in some of these pages - bit unnerving and totally cool.

Great work again monsieur, keep it coming!
    cheers!

Sick! The little chat we had last night really helped me out and man, you can still bring the pain! The second page is probably my fave in this dump, but the guy enjoying the cup of coffee(tea) is just awesome. Good expression and lighting.

I love sketchbooks where it seems very stream of consciousness. Like anything could happen. Mine are like that too...an ordinary drawing of a girl might suddenly turn part demon or robot. Keeps life interesting!

    Beautiful sketches!~~~~Patrick
