Thanks for stopping by my SB! Nice constructions you have there, I need to do something like that soon.... I think you're doing great!
Hi long time not seen how you've been doing? Nice work like always !
My sketchbook
"We must do our very best with the time that is given to us!"
"Tempus fugit, time flies when you've got so much to do in such little time!"
I really like the tonal study. The sculpy sketch is looking good too. Kind of like a turte head. Good stuph. cheers

Nice work with the value studies! You might find it easier to use the selection tool for the hard edges objects like the rocks and the lighthouse. Not sure how you build them up either, but you might find it easier to work froma 50% grey solid and add both lights and darks. Really like the surry-eared dog-like alien too.. the soft edges and sharp features make for a very compelling image.
Great Car'a'carn, your art is indeed great!
Hey Rand. Not sure if you remember me but we use to hang out on the sketcher last year.
Can I just say mate I thought you were a great artist back then, and so imaginative with your characters.
It's been nearly a year since I checked in on you, as I haven't had much time to draw for a while because of work.
and mate I can't believe how much you've improved. Your stuff is awesome, and it makes me smile to see your hard work has payed off so well.
Me Paddy-hat's off to ye!
Hey Dude, Long time no see... Has it really been a year...? ive been so busy with work i never seem to get the time to doodle any more.
Im gonna have to pull out the old wacom and get back to the grind stone. I wonder how bad ive become lol...
So in the meantime...

I am going through your sketchbook right from the start, and I am only on the page 8 now,
that was back in 2008. I have to tell you that I am spending quite a great time here. Your
art is way too cool and this whole journey is a fantastic thing. I will be hanging around
your house for a while, 20 pages of greatness follows.
Hey Lt... Dont do it to your self man, theres some nasty crap back there, lol.. in fact i took one and painted over it... still naff but hopefully a little better...

great stuff! a lot of cool creature and alien/monster designs!
Man, you are definitely back in business, however you never went away.
I found some really useful tutorials made by you, back from 2008 on page 10.
Awesome material, I think that you should do more tutorials cause you are
very good at that. These last studies and paintings are outstanding, I like
the dark vampire style.
Kev, thanks for stopping by. Expect more...
Lt, i'll have to go see, i cant remember what i did yesterday, let alone 2008!!!
in the mean time...
