Really digging the new set. Showing experimentation and improvement. I don't know if I said it before, but I can see some Phil Hale influence, wich is a good influence to have. Keep it up.

    congrats, comrade. love is essential.

    now on the update:

    very nice.

http://bhanupratap.com/pics/DSC03170-jpg.jpg http://bhanupratap.com/pics/DSC03181-jpg.jpg this two are great.

try to put the "mass feel" of the lifedrawing into your imaginative stuff. it thinks that could add more weight to the figures.

nice experimentation on the portrait. the biro stuff good as always.
what level of detail/information you want to put in your figures? i ask because i don`t know what degree of stylization you want to achieve. so i can give more precise comment on the figure itself, if you want.
your work has plastical feel, so don't lose that.

    take care

Damn i like the way your sketches flow freely, really interesting way to draw. Expesially the big monster in last uppdate, made me remember this one: http://www.mangavolume.com/abara/chapter-abara-001/ jump to page 28 over there...

Anyway, do you take your sketches trought camera rather than scanner? Do you own photoshop, you might like to use brightness, levels and saturation features with it to retouch your pictures clearer (closer to your sketcbook) taking pictures without flash.

i will be following this one, keep posting

The ink line drawings are great. There are so many lines, yet they aren't confusing and read easily. Nicely done.

I think your compositions could use some work, though. Too often the focal point of the picture is in the center of the frame - or it's not very well defined. Try to pay attention to the entire frame of the drawing and place your focus in a way that draws the eye around the whole piece.

Sweet stuff, though. The watercolors are really nicely done considering how tough a medium that is to work with!

Hey bro, that second to last one is great. The one with the girls with crazy hair. I'd like to see your drawings get to a more finished phase and keep the same linework. Whenever you paint them you get rid of the awesome line work... which is the best part.

    Hey Bhanu!
You have some really interesting linework here, love the casualness and ease in your sketches. Something about it reminds me a lot of Schiele (love him!)
You're evidently having a lot of fun doing these.Keep it up and all the best!

Lots of great stuff going on in here dude, love the watercolors.
Man, i'm big fan of looseness and you have plenty of that, but you could add more information to your sketches by doing more detailed studies, taking more time to assimilate what's going on and making it yours along the way.
Anyways, keep it rocking dude. This one is my favourite of the batch http://bhanupratap.com/pics/DSC03150-jpg.jpg

    Cheers dude
