For the most part this looks pretty nice. My only real issues lie in the feet and forearms. They don't seem as believable as the rest of the bit. The feet just seem to be lacking any kind of internal structure or anatomy, as if you just wanted to finish them off. And the forearms seem a bit stretched. Just a thought. I too like the pallette you chose. Kudos.

in addition to the above stated- the perspective on the horns doesn't really match up and the atmosphere hazing out the right side of his body is a bit overdone. unless he's standing in fog.

great colors, though. the armor and clothing are especially well done.

I think the fadeaway on his furthest limbs is also too overdone. I think it would look better with shadows rather than a foggy haze.

Yeah it's supposed to be a Tauren isn't it? Looks great.
Only crit I can give is that the left horn looks a bit wrong. proportion and angle wise.
Apart from that the rendering is almost immaculate.

I'm no expert on drawing, but i can tell there's some serious body deformaties here.. the proportions are not right at all!
And something about the left horn is all wrong!
