Here goes my first post. This is a scene I have done with inks, watercolours and color pencils. I´d like to know your opinion about it.
I hope you like it.

Hey, looks good. Storybookish.
lol, thats great man. your hard work shows.

This is a wonderful pic but that's not what you want to hear. My big problem with this is that there's really no depth. Blur your eyes and look at it. It turns into a wall. I'd just go in with photoshop really quick and raise the contrast on the close objects, then blur and, um, de-contrast the distant objects. Keep up the good work.

I mean look at that foot. It's just BEGGING to pop out of the picture. Oh, gosh, I'm getting all teary. Oh, I promised myself I wouldn't do this!
::trots off::
I'm in agreement with the teknoholic, it could be a quick fix that would add the extra punch you need!
Great idea. Great characters. Well balanced composition too.
It could really become a whole lot better if you would better define the shadows. It's the same tones all over. But I guess that's allready sort of been said.
Anyway: it would be a shame to leave it this way.
cheers, jeroentje
btw, I'm only mentioning it cause I really like this piece.
love your style , reminds me a bit of stuff by peter de seve
(great artist you should check out if you dont know him yet )
however , i'd work on a bit more contrasts if I were you
I like it, lots of detail. i agree about the need for more contrast but other than that it looks sweet.
oh, maybe some smoke trailing off the cigar? that'd be a nice touch![]()

Yep like others said it's great. My problem is the colors that all look like they are the same, just different shades. the heads stand out, the rest isn't as clear. Make the gun more grayish-black, add more shadows, the walls could be more grayish too or something like that, and the ram's clothes could be darker too. Anyway just need some contrast![]()
