*blinks*
why do you need a tablet pc.. why dont you just get a regular tablet
a regular tablet.. is just as good
..im curious on why you want one :3
i mean the only difference between the two.. is just the portability. i know there is other stuff.. but dang ^^;;;
WORKSHOP !!! Dang...if i just had the money...i mean...Italy is just below austria
I'd first go to the workshop and start saving for the tablet later. Besides, you can try to paint with natural media first.
workshop!!!!!!
The workshop.
I actually just put off moving out from home and alot of things I was saving up for to make room for this workshop.
Montreal was invaluable.

dude im facing the same dilema, saving up this year im gonna be able to afford one or the other, but come on man, its a mofoing workshop!hell i'd trade in my house to watch just half the montreal instructors draw, im gonna have to go with workshop.
have you guys ever used a tablet PC? I've used a couple and they all seem to move about as fast as molasses, I'd prefer to get a regular laptop + a smaller wacom to be honest.
yea, theres a bit of lag on most tablet PCs, and their pressure sensitivity isnt quite as good as a wacom, but they're still pretty cool. I'd get one.
Whats the point of having a great tool if you don't know how to use it? The workshop will be a much more valuable experience... you don't need a tablet pc to become a better artist, but the workshop will give you the knowledge you can use to do just that.
workshop, dude....
d-C
the tools do not make the man, and besides, I would not recommend a tablet pc as a good tool. it's a novel idea but they really lack the tablet precision of a dedicated wacom or the processing power of a standard 'wintel' pc.
bust your arse traditionally, save up the money and go to italy. even if the workshop weren't there i think it would be the better choice.
Like almost everyone said pick the workshop you can always draw it on paper and then paint it in the program you prefer although the tablet pc sounds nice but if it was my money i'll go to to the workshop.
Thanks guys!, now fo gittin that dough![]()
