    no pressure sensitivity in photoshop

Hi. Does photoshop have brush tracking? My wacom doesnt seem to be as sensitive in photoshop compared to painter. Also, it seems the brush stroke shapes just changed on me. What was once a tapered stroke is now just a sausage shape. No pressure sensitivity...Any help would be appreciated.

I think problems with PS strangely dropping pressure sensitivity have to do with concurrent use of msn messenger, because it likes to commandeer the faculties of tablets for its own handwriting 'functionality'. Are you using msn at the same time?

You guys are awesome. im back up and running. The brush options was the trick i think. The opacity was set to 100%, but it was set to pen pressure. Thanks for the help.

actually i was about to ask this at another thread.. i also have the problem wherein the pressure sensitivity doesnt work. I restart ps a couple of times and it does come back but is there any way for it to stay as it is? the brush settings are fine, theres nothing wrong with it. Also i was also wondering how to make the brush paint solid to opace as the pressure sensitivity works.
