So I'm going to give it the weekend to get some views and have the thread calm down a little (I couldn't access them this morning there were so many people looking at them), but next week I will assign judges to each of the matches to get this show on the road. So sit tight, I'll keep you updated.

The judges per match, so the judging duty will definitely be split up. I forgot about the comic-con Arkady... most of our panel will be out and abot the next week or two. We'll make it work.

My pleasure guys, really. It's been a blast and we've got three more rounds to go, hope you guys are ready to keep fighting it out...

I'll be sending out the requests for judging sometime this week after the threads are nice and settled in. I'm thinking less time for Round 2 to complete the work, like a month tops. That should be the perfect amount of time.

I'm playing a game to keep myself occupied...

I'm trying to second guess the judges by being a "judge" myself. I wonder how many others are doing this in some fashion...

I've purposely refrained from critiquing anything until after the judging because I don't have a true CA background, but I am astounded by the overall high level of work that was submitted, and especially delight in the people who broke the traditional CA style parameters in their pieces.

The one big thing I noticed is that the "Welcome to..." part of the original topic is missing as an obvious component in many of the pieces. I'm curious how this will affect the outcome of the various matches...
