I'm currently working on this for my boyfriend, and I would appreciate some feedbacks to make this piece better. I recently learned anatomy and everything, so....don't hurt me?

so far i see...
- small head?
- long neck?

The head's not small, if anything it might be big. The proportions are so all over the place it's hard to tell.
Is it supposed to be a male or female figure, and what is (s)he supposed to be doing?

Head's too big, and neck is a tad long yeah.

It's probably quicker for you to find a photo reference then wait for us to slowly list out all the things you ought to fix.

Elwell: Well..it's suppose to be a girl and she's summoning/casting a spell. I'll try to work on the proportions a little more and the head. thank you

There's not enough room in the torso for a rib cage and a pelvis. Must lengthen the torso and think of those volumes inside it.

Here's an update. I lengthened her torso, as BMunchausen pointed out, and i tweaked a few things here and there

You're still giving her manly proportions. I'd do a draw-over, but photoshop + mouse = crap. I'll try and see if it's decent, but hopefully someone can do a paintover to point you in the right direction.
