Does anybody know who the painter of this painting is?

M. a Basaldella

The only artist I could find was Mirko Basaldella, though from the samples I found, the style doesn't really look right. Maybe if you have some additional background (where you came across the piece, how old it is, etc.), I might be able to find more.

Also, it's possible that the signature is actually the artist signing it to someone named Basaldella ("a Basaldella" in Italian means "to Basaldella").

Not much help, but I tried.

I also have a painting done in 1989, my brother had it done when he was in the service stationed in Aviano Italy. It is a beautiful painting of my daughter in three different stages of her early childhood. I would love some more info about this painter.
