California Capital Airshow :photoshoot 32pics:

Well Sunday I went to the California Capital Airshow and wow was it awesome.

didnt go saturday but it was taking people 2 hours to get the 2 miles it is from the freeway to the base. they sold 80,000 tickets on saturday, and that doesnt include kids under 12. Not sure how many they sold sunday, but probbaly about the same.

i didnt walk around to all the planes much i was VERY tired from walking to the base. my girl lives about a 2 minutes drive from the base, so instead of waitign in hours of lines to park, we decided to walk. but the entry gate was MUCH further than we expected and we were carryign heavy chairs

so by the time i got there i wanted to sit lol so most of the shots i took were of the actual airial show.

I love PLANES! sheesh B-52s!
Did they have any modern aircraft? F-22s/F-16s.. etc?

Man, that pass of the A-10 was really neat. Of course, you have go to love the napalm strike... always a crowd pleaser heh heh.
