DSG 1024: Fantasy: SMALL CHILD FINDS AN EVEN SMALLER DINOSAUR

    [ What a dream... what a miracle! ]

[ The child somehow has come across a miniature prehistoric beast. ]

[ What that might mean will depend somewhat on the demeanors of both the child and the dinosaur, I suppose. ]

I am sorry to not be able to put more work into these, but I appreciate the opportunity to make a commitment to the DSG if but a half hour a night, no matter how little sleep I get as it is.

Pose is referenced from a Bouguereau figure. I had to do several block ins before I got the proportions right. Children, apparently are very difficult for me because I have not ever drawn one before. I realized tonight, that most of my skill with women or men comes from memorization of anatomy. The measurement of a child's thigh or arm is unknown to me by instinct, and it changes as the child grows from year to year.

    Title: Poor Dino

    Medium: Painter IX

    Time: 30 Minutes

Description: A little girl was playing on a beach in Florida, no parents, no one on this isolated beach at all. A little creature was coming towards her, she thought it was a lizard. She always wanted a lizard, "I will catch it" she thought. She ran for the lizard, dived on its back and tide a blue cord around the poor things neck. Poor little lizard, he was free, but now he is captured to keep the little girl happy...

Note. Sorry if it looks alittle rushed, I'm busy all day today

A stange visitor has come into little Timmy's room. What Timmy doesn't realize is that while this dinosaur might look small and interesting, it is an adult, with a taste for eggs, large insects, small animals and the occasional finger.
painter, 20? it was pretty quick, but time passes fast when I paint.

I finally got around to putting up some art! Although i didn't have much time to work on this and no time at all to digitally tweak it. College project work is mounting, and just when I'm starting to make an effort. Long time passionate fan of the DSG, first time I posted pictures.

    20 mins(?) pencil & prismacolours.

I'm bringing home my baby dinosaur.
Won't my mommy be hiding behind the door.
I'm bringing home my baby dinasaur,
    ooo, eee, it bit me!

I'm being eaten by my baby dinasaur...

Goes to the tune of I'm bringing home my baby bumble bee if anyone knows the song. So That's what came to mind when I saw this and gave me the inspiration.

This cold is really putting me behind in my stuff

    Hello 2all

    Here´s my two little Fellas

Your´s is my favourite today. I think you nailed the topic and the perspective is real nice.

Alright! I finally get to post something to the DSG! The roll over on this is always so horribly timed for me because the topic changes while I'm at work, but I finally managed to put one together. About two hours with good old fashioned pencil and paper. Title is: Last Known Photo of Young Timmy with All Ten Fingers.

Zeitwolf I love the texture to this piece, those eyes just draw me to them!

DigitalFly I really enjoy the colors, the eyes and the grass wow! Reminds me of Disney's Hercules in a good way... very cool!

800x600 or 600x800 should be the max, makes it easier to see at that size.

Thefultron, considering the blurriness I would recommend the half of the size. The 800*600px or viceversa guideline is alway fitting for forum posts.
