You are doing great stuff. Love the characters and silhouette artwork.
The sci-fi guns set are interesting, do you will finish it?
Cheers!
Hey Unbreakable, thanks for dropping by my thread. You've come quite a leap since your first couple of pages, the human's are definitely looking better, so the anatomy studies I see peppered through here are paying off, keep em up! I love the weapon designs... were the component parts something you created yourself? Neat way of coming up with a pile of concepts quickly, at any rate! I love the diversity in your characters too, always nice to see.

Hey dude thanks for stopping by my sketchbook. Keep pushing those barriers, for your designs. I think you've rocked the creatures. Environments needs some pimp in them. Try to focus on overall design then detail when it comes to environments. Effective planning will go a long way, I am a victim of not planning and end spending way more time than I have to get results myself. Continue to improve on composition, Design, mood setting. It's hard to do these things and still maintain the originality. Keep it up. XD
damn man! I know im late but, hella gratz on your big news! sry I couldnt make the going away party....lotta crap went down that weekend. newayz, Im amazed at how much you've improved. I need to stay in gear like you have, truly inspiring man, hope to see you soon..lets see some more posts man!!, lol.

how come there's no new post on this thread Brian?
My sketchbook <<<< share your thoughts and crit my sketches
Your anatomy studies are nice, but I'd love to see you push your lights and shades further. You've got a timid shading thing going on that blends in with the lines, eliminating presence and drama(!). I would omit that altogether in future sketches, or if you do lineart mostly, keep the lines clean without shading.
You have nice designs, but try putting them in a narrative. What would those costumes and props look like if the lights were behind or on top/below the figure? Could you recognise them by silhouette? Or in motion? Just try it!![]()
I really dig the creature designs, and your characters have so much visual interest, with all of their feathers, and intricate armor, etc.. Your figures are so strong, and I always want to peak over while you're working.
