nice.
Since humans are 70% water, wouldn't drinking water be cannibalism?
Funny how no one says anything about the people who are pretty good, and just wanna push themselves further, they only go after the weak retarded artist...lol
This is pretty good, I love the line work and the compisition, if you paint it send me a IM, I'd love to see the finished work, looks like your well on your way to getting it right.
Good luck
That's because there are no critques for the people who can draw well. I post on the "retarded artists," as you put it, because I'm best at critiquing those around or under my current skill level. I can't really say anything here other than how cool it looks.
And it does indeed look cool. I'd like to see some color so it's a little easier to tell what kind of clothes they're wearing. I thought the girl on the right wasn't wearing any pants at all, and then I saw the little fabric wrinkles around her crotch.
I have to say I like that you didn't give any of the girls guzungas out of proportion to their size. They're sexy without being slutty, and it's really nice to see that. I also really admire the way you get their personalities across in their poses. The one on the left looks very powerful, partly because of her pose and partly because you gave her some real meat on her bones. She's not large, but she looks like she could kick some ass.
Compared to the girls, though, the guy in the back doesn't seem to have a whole lot of personality. Was that intentional? He seems either bored or unsure what he's doing there. Very well-drawn, though.
I'd love to see this as a finished piece, with a background. Maybe some sort of seedy spaceport.
Hot. My crit is that the girl on the far right has a weird stance. Her upper body is turned, but her legs are facing the viewer straight on. Her weight distribution doesn't look right to me.
Thank you for your crits and accolades.
I agree the dude in the back has the least personality. I could try and make him a little more dynamic although as I think of his character I think a big lumbering oaf could work. Plus he might be some sort of cyborg, perosnality of a machine type character. I don't know I'll have to think about that one some more.
I do have plans of coloring it. I have plans of coloring all of the pieces I post. I just have to stop having new ideas and finish the ones I've started. Always hard for me. I'm just glad at my work we have an entire texture mapping department for that.
Thanks again for all your comments.
