Holy crap this is great. The topic's perfect and the matchups are insane. Totally can't wait to see the finished works. And I agree with Cotron; waiting for the deadline is like waiting for a cure of some sort. Like a totally bad-ass art cure.

by far the best thing i have ever produced in my entire life!
its like i channeled some un-godly force through these hands.
i actually blacked out a few times, and when i woke up, my tablet was sizzling, and my piece was completed.

i think i can die happy now.

The Louver actually wants mine, but I was all, "No not yet, I should show it first in the Thunderdome, then you can take down the Mona Lisa and put it up in its place." They cried big european tears, but understood.

That's cool if people need more time. It'll give me time to work on the two other art contest I entered

Mine's actually almost done. I only get around ten minutes a night (I'm not kidding) to work on it. Between the family, crunch mode at work (GW: Factions Shipping soon!!! Go buy it!!!), and a bit of freelance stuff, time is sparce. I think it's coming out ok though, Cake's seen it. He can vouche for me.

So I'm good either way, it'll be done in a day or two.

Oh yea DS... well,well I did the best picture e-var last night. It was sooo good I shit my pants while I was painting it. I didn't even care about cleaning up the shit since I was so high on my own art-awesomeness. When I brought it into work today everyone at Massive Black said It was pointless to ever make another piece of art since my TD was the closest you could get to art perfection. I'm like Jordan, but with art.

my thunderdome picture is so bad that my own mother disowned me when she saw it, nuns spit at me in the street and total strangers run up to me and punch me in the face for doing a picture so bad. I have been banned from every art website on the interweb incase I soil their name with my shitness and protesters against shocking art are camped outside my house violentley campaigning that I'm not allowed to ever pick up a paintbrush again. There is a law being passed that I may not every go within 10 feet of canvas ever again or I will be beheaded and my headless corpse will be dragged around the streets for 100 years as a message to the general public not to every paint a picture so bad.

You know, I should have just entered this piece I was working on around the time of round 3 against steak-tron. It's actually not a painting, but rather an extremely high resolution photograph of my genitalia where I actually made my penis wink for the camera. I've entered it into many shows and competitions since my defeat in the thunderdome, the sight of which has caused countless spontaneous orgasms and ruined millinois of dollars worth of pants and skirts. I'm just glad I didn't decide to enter it that round, as surely all of you would need to replace your keyboards and monitors and explain the mound of used kleenex next to your computer to your significant others.

and cody - your opener about genitalia drawing with angry faces (posted way back) was a riot. i just finished doing some male genitalia drawings that was so apropo to your comment. orcatraz said that one of them looked like an angry clown. lol! it's in my sb, go check it out.
