Im trying to get a cute and evil character that belong in the same universe. Is it working? Is there anything that could be improved?

Moved from sketches due to lack of feedback. Thanks in advance for any critique/comments.

I think you succeeded well for the most part, especially in the faces.
However the evil guys foot extended out like that kind of looks like a ballerinas pose- so not very evil.
The "cute" guys one big arm looks decidedly threatening so not so cute

I think that you can push the character designs a bit more. Maybe the cute guy's anatomy can become more distorted and childish. I think that the evil guy could be a bit more imposing. And I agree, the big arm on the cute guy makes him seem much more threatening, unless that's what you were going for.
