Long time since I posted. That's awesome Goran, I like the motion blur on the rear windows and the texture. I swear I had gone with the red scheme before I saw yours!
About an hour in PS. I started with a quick sketch and decided to leave those rough lines in. I regret it. Could use about three more hours to tighten it up and add some detail...but I gotta go to work

Here's just a quickie one before going to bed. And it's monochromatic too, sorry. I'm no good with colours yet.

Is a illustration a illustration without feeling?
Sorry about the late post here. My internet was down yesterday, but I did it so I thought I'd post it. Playing around with a little CG-shading, which really didn't work so well.
nuclearbavaria: Really nice one, with the future-gothic design.
nuclearbavaria: I really like the overall feel of yours- the side-view and the color balance makes it feel less like a portrait of a train and more like an overall "composition". I'm not entirely sure how to describe the effect. It's very well-put-together and eye-catching.
Dave, I like how the coloring came out. The train looks sort of green on my screen, I'm not sure if that's how it's supposed to look, but it really looks good. Compliments the toned paper deal, you should do that more often. I also think You should either solidify or erase those outside lines (assuming this isn't in-progess, of course), it makes the drawing look kinda sketchy. Or maybe not? It might look off if they're too dark, I dunno. You've probably considered that already, but something about them feels wrong.
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to critique, considering I haven't contributed any art of my own yet. If that's the case someone please scold me.
