The black around the bottom of her eye flattens the area out. Maybe make that black lighter than the black over her eye. Also a highlight on the eyes might help to attract the eye there. It looks like the focal points are the mouth and eyes so really make sure to nail them.

It's not bad, but using the same colour for both regular colour and shadows might not always be the vest way to achieve depth. Try using other colours for the shadows, experiment with that.
