    Great job! Hair is such a b*tch to sculpt. It's an ambitious project to attempt a beard. Is this someone you know? Let's see more.

    Hey mate,

    Woah, you used wax huh? That's something I've never tried using before.. is it nice to work with? I'm very impressed with it, the textures, form and anatomy is spot on. Can't wait to see more from you!!

    DreamersEye - Thanks man. Azbro Wax is a good finishing material. Most sculptors rough out their sculpts in a softer clay or heat cure polymer. Then they make a mold of the rough and pour a wax and tool and detail it. It can be a bit costly (double molding) to do but the end result is worth it in some cases.

    6thSun - That headsculpt is just under 2 inches - 1/6th scale. The bulk of the work I get is this scale and smaller.

    dude you just answered the one question that has been rattlin' round my head.
    do you work with castilene or aves sculpt?
    are the molds for wax ,silicone as well?
    It's better to be remembered as the sand in the gears and not as the oil.
