painter 7's interface

my interface looks really messed up,is it suppose to look like this??

i tried to change the interface in prefernce but it juss made it worse, can someone show me how it really looks

Change the color depth of your system-settings to True Color!

Or.. to put it another way,

Change your screen colors to 24 bit or higher.
