I like the colors and textures a lot. The hands seem awkward, like you haven't really figured out how they attach to the wrists.

You know what would make him really scary? If he had an erection.

His right hoof is angled a little weird. If he's supposed to be a devil, maybe you should do something scarier with his skin - right now he looks like maybe an rpg monster, but not really something terrifying. Maybe vary the skin tone and give him some blood on his mouth and hands?

Also needs some brighter highlights on his back, from the door light.

I like his little head and big horns.

Very cool. Good design. But his head seems a bit small and disproportioned.

why the penis ? I don't like that kinda thing in fantasy art.
k, all phallussus aside, I like it but the demon could use a little neck and he right edge of the left rock is a way too hard transition, it could use some glow or stone texture.

a little stiff, no real direction or emotion..other than "grr i'm all evil and stuff!!" good rendering but, no soul...the lower half shows the body carrying weight which is nice, the figure seems grounded (up the shadows abit though) but the upperhalf seems to be floating, the hands are rendered but not definitively doing anything, maybe he should have his hand on the wall of the cave like he's coming out around the corner of it, good overall rendering

The bottom half of the picture is very boring. You have a very large area that contains nothing but some skinny devil legs and some flat rock. I would rethink the entire composition so it was more dynamic and interesting.
