Wow, first post, good deal. It's woman, and I don't really like it, but it got me thinkin, and broke me outta my shell a little. I need major creature practice. Billy B, how bout some tuts on how you paint, it fascinates the hell outta me, and I can't seem to catch some of the nuance and texture. Maybe I just need practice.

Mykro-Practice yes, you forgot to shade under her neck. There are some nice bits I can see working, esp the shadow accross her arm and her clevage. Nice for a first post, please continue to post, it is evident you have much to offer and will benifit from the practice.

I just wanted to say I'm sorry I wasn't on yesterday, it was because my room is being redecorated and I had to help out. I'm not leaving, not for a long time.

ok, got bored, went at it again. Like this one better. Rob: Thanks for the crits, yeah, I know about the shadow, I redid the mandibles like 6 times, so I just said forget it. Oh, and I've posted lots, I meant first post of the day. I rarely get on it that fast. I must be in a manic phase...

Please excuse my lack of coloring. It's totally kicking my @ss. Evil.. evil color. Arm anatomy is quite off as well...

finally an attempt at coloring...

I feel like I'm just wandering around while I color without intent... just sort of stumbling into lucky strokes.
