Premierement je dois dire combien tu es une source d'inspiration pour moi depuis que jai fais ta connaissance, cest a dire lannee derniere a st luc (grace a un pote (sebastien) qui tavait contacté), où tu etais venu nous raconté ce que tu fesais et justement ta vie en resumé comme dans ta bd Hehehe... Enfin bref je continue a suivre ce que tu fais et a chaque fois je me dis il faut que je reste positif et que je bosse pour reussir ! (car surtout je ne suis plus a saint luc, je suis retourné a istanbul et je "travaille" ou plutot japprend au pres dun monsieur qui est dans le domaine de lanimation)
Bonnn je vais pas raconté ma vie encore un enorme merci pour tout et surtout pour la motivasion que tu nous as donné !

Beau parcours, belle facon de raconter, autant les images que le texte. J'adores le hold up hollywoodien. Le systeme D et le bluff y a que ca de vrai.

Et pis tain tu geres toujours, quoi que tu fasses c est elegant, ca a du style, ca motives a rester artisan-bricoleur professionel.
Franchement genial, je me suis regaler du debut a la fin.

It seems like the drawing is getting a bit tighter with each post. I'm enjoying the minimalistic style, very suitable for a BD imo.

Brun> glad you like it, for the English version of it, let me finish the bugger in French first, I should have the 300 pages done in two days, then I need a good week to tweak things a bit, send it for corrections my French spelling is awful
then I have to deal with the publisher for the English rights to it ... then I'll see.

the French I am using is full of slang, old Parisian style lingo and metaphors, I am afraid it might suffer the French to American translation, but I will give it a try when I can.

As for Nihiland, it will be published in France, in slices of 10 pages, starting relatively soon.

I have been snailing on those never ending color projects of mine for too long and I need the fast turn-around black and white stories to purge the system and get at least a couple things finished out of my head to make sure I can.

one comic might not even be enough to do the trick... I must say, since I proved myself I was capable of producing a 300 pages graphic novel in 30 days, I am kind of tempted to do one every month ahahahah ... nah, I might die.

I will need a rest after this one, but one every 60 days seems "faisable".

I'm not in the field and I'm wondering if this is the typical production rhythms that is ask to professional concept artist or is it a challenge you gave yourself?

in France usually it takes about a year to do 48 pages (they are much more detailed) for comics I am not sure I have heard you guys are pretty fast.

but no, a 300 pages graphic novel in 30 days is nothing else but a challenge.

Dès que j'aurai atteind la derniere page, je vais laisser l'histoire complète pendant seulement quelques jours avant d'en retirer la plus grande partie pour pouvoir l'éditer en vrai ... version papier Very Happy

Alors pour ceux qui veulent lire la suite, va falloir coller sérré, sinon faudra attendre d'achetter la BD en quiosque.
