Been a long time since I posted art here, so I'll post a few stuff I've been working on.

Alot of these are in styles I want to improve, and they're alot of experimentation, so any insight is very appreciated.

These are my basic character designs and sketches, I draw them in pencil first and take the to PS to add another level of value. I keep them in grayscale so i can tune my brushwork before i go into color.

sorry if some are a bit big...

Two more characters

This one was an experiment trying to make a cartoony face more fleshed out. I'm having trouble deciding which of these i like better, the BW or the GS... any insight here would be alot of help.

Some fun experimenting with a Fine point sharpie.

A little fanart of Azuka, I tried to make her anime style more real... I feel i failed. I'm going to have another go at it and try to make her look more human, probably a few of the other characters as well.
Ref used for the plug suit and hair.

I like your style. Although I think the nipples on the first chick are a little too perky, they shouldn't stick out that much from the shirt.

The zombies are cool but I had to look really hard to make out what was going on with the second one.

great style, love the zombies. The worker zombie seems very original, haven't seen a zombie with sharp cracked bone arms before!
The anime one seems to have a really long neck.

The worker zombie kinda looks like one of the mosters fro the suffereing. I don't know what it's called because I haven't played the game.

dude, most of your female characters look like a skinny christina ricci to me...

Let's see some different expressions on their faces. I like the Azka chick... (how did you fail? Maybe in contrast with Anime, but it looks good to me

)

Yeah i noticed that too after i got the game. Hadn't seen them before i drew him, though those guys are much crazier, they have swords in place of their legs and arms.

Nutter: Yeah i don't like how that one turned out either, I had some touble with my monitor calibration and couldn't really se what i did. I might fix him my doing a paint over and add some color.

possessed: Thanks, I kind of wanted him to have a little back story. He worked at a factory and got his arms chewed up in the machinery and later when he was infected with the zombie virus it mutated his exposed bones, or something...

aeoxo: Well, i have nothing against Christina Ricci. I failed with the Azuka drawing becuase i was aiming for a much more realistic look. The color will come soon maybe...
