Hey there guys my Name is Rick Im actually still kinda young but I have an enthusiastic admiration for photography. After some reading i decided to buy a Canon rebel xt with an EF17-85mm lens. Here is the aftermath. If you dont comment or criticize, you suck, but hey im a team player.

i like the clarity in the first one

the second is my favourite and i think it would be cooler if only the flame of the candle was in colour, and if it was an intense colour. Perhaps a small glow from the candle in colour too.

and is that last picture an icicle or a stream of water? cause if thats a stream of water then wow! damn nice camera/shutter speed.

and crit: you seem to like centreing things in pictures, and this tends to make the picture less interesting, although thats not always the case. Do you know the rule of thirds?

Looks like your a team player. Yes i actualy do know that rule thank you I forgot to keep that in mind . Thx for the crit ill post some more with that suggestion in mind. And yes that is water falling from the flaucet.

yeah that one kinda does follow the rules and no offense but thats proof that all the rules in the world dont make a good pic, and sometimes the best pics break the rules.

and when you say you're kind young, how old are you talking? i.e. how old are you? (just a random point of curiosity)

and cut 36 in half for me in Feb
