    I'm posting a portrait of a girl. Not a recent creation of mine but quite good I think

    This is all right, but it's hard to know what you're going for. You've used some linear patterns on the hair, while the rest looks like a normal ink sketch with some sparse feathered shading. Some facial features could be a little more defined though. It looks fairly two demensional. Almost like individual facial features were stuck onto the head like refrigerator magnets. That line that defines the shape of the nose might look better if it didn't slope to include the nostril. If you look at a real nose, you'll see that nostrils are more vestigal.

    I wouldn't worry about the quantity of replies you get here. Check the average each thread gets. This isn't the biggest forum on the net and people reply according to there tastes... half naked girls and big japanese robots... Not that there's anything wrong with that if that's what you're into.

    yeah there are certain anathomy mistakes in that one... but just wanted to hear something about that linear style...
