Yeah, owning a scetchbook here does indeed motivate to draw more
Greaty stuff you have going, man! As for crits: You seem to catch the forms very tight and nicely. I suggest you work more on your shading, the SP could use some more values for example.
I hope you keep this going, you already have some skill, you should be master in no-time!

are really good. Your work on the girls' bodies is done well and you should do more of those. A lot of these, with the exception of the portrait, are rough and maybe it would help to see their full potential by tightening a few of them.
