Nice shading and rendering, you've got a good sense of light... Watch your proportions in your figurework - the shading's believable but the anatomy's not great. Heads looks small... remember to check the sizes of everything in relation to everything else, find things that line up vertically and horizontally and spend more time on the rough drawing before you go to rendering. That head statue's really nice, makes me want to sculpt
