Some interesting designs you're coming up with. Think you've got some nice way with digital painting too. Some nice poses in there too, though
I'd say you ought to do some more anatomy studies (just to minimise the odd mistakes that're occuring here and there) In general though, I'd say you're onto a bloody good start.
Great imagination and I really like the faces.

lovely works, I love the style you put into it!

I think for the last one, you might want to try doing the pose yourself in front of a mirror and/or get someone else to pose for you. Then you can sort out all the kinks. Plus doing some anatomy studies in general will really help it along.
For starters, I feel the raised arm is too long. It seems like a lowered angle but her chest perspective seems to be facing straight at us. Im not really sure what kind of pose your going for. Use the mirror!

It's great how natural the poses/figures feel. Your hands look a little small at times, but these are really appealing to look at. Can't wait to see more!
