Darkchild-Thanks for the comments. I haven't been able to do much art, have been busy with the new house and picked my guitar back up. But hopefully will post something newer soon. Come back!

Blanche-That's exactly who it is!!! Good eye. I love him.

Olson-Thanks for the comment. If you have any constructive criticism feel free to let loose! I want to improve just as much as the next person. That goes for all of you!

    Thanks in advance

Hey there you are Hope you're doing well. Good piece. The eyebrows are bothering me a bit. Maybe they're too long.... or that they don't really follow the brow line. At any rate I'm glad you are still working the art. That last digital is awesome, whatever became of that? Did you do anymore updates on it?

Hey there! I'm here! I'm still a regular. So what kind of project is this? Personal, commisioned...? I really like that last piece. Good use of colors, was is a photo ref? Please tell me you've been painting a whole bunch and just not posting. My main crit for your last piece is to try and use less line, and use more value to determine the shape of the form. Example would be the baby's arm. Instead of the two lines forming the arm, use some tone to imply shape. I really hope to see you post more often

Good book you got here Cobi! i dig that pen thing you did, especially for never working with ink. My only crit is that a lot of these faces seem a little too curvy. i always start out my portraits with really basic straight lines, then i go over those ones with some more exact straight lines- then finally i draw my contours. who knows if that made any sense. i'd suggest checkin out some of these tutorials by ron lemens that you can find here

    http://www.creativespotlite.com/drawing-lessons.htm

Anyway, you got some great work in here, but it could get even better! Keep on truckin' Cobi.

    btw Bowie rocks!

Hey there! I just got done watching your time lapse stuff. I was trying to access them last night from work, but the filter on our servers prevented me from doing so. The James Hatfield piece was cool! How long in real time?
