    anatomy and perspective

can somebody help me with that? I need some very good turtorials or self-drawn pictures of anatomy, muscle, bone structure, etc.
    Please..
edit and I also need some good images and tipps how to draw PEOPLE, not cubes, cars or other things, in different perspectives, frog, bird, etc.
I am asking for this because searching in the internet didn´t really help.
    thanks..
