The hand seems awful large in comparison to his head, and the rest of his body in general.

madster - ah thanks i actually didn't notice it really... hmm that happens when you are to close to a piece while drawing it, didn't really take a step back. Thanks!

Head structure is a bit off, space between ear and eye is HYOOGE. Maybe a better sillouhette would help, or at least some light on the right side body to show the arm position better. Composition is also bothersome, the eye starts out in the upper right and gets fired right off the page, move everything down and to the left.

    Down and to the left.

    Down and to the left.

    Wicked flow! ZOOM!

Face is thin-eyes are too close. Also middle finger looks broken. I know that is drawn good, but need some shadow to place it in space.

I love the pencil piece, it reminds me of noah-kh's stuff on DA.
The coloring are making him too blocky and flat. Flat as meaning a thin rectangular block type.
I like the mood you captured there, he's like a poet lost in thought while trying to capture the right phrase. Try to give him a bit more thickness, it should help.
